The waiting room has huge windows overlooking the flat irons!

I see clients virtually and in-person Monday through Thursday, 11 am to 6 pm.

I work with adults ages 25-65 (whether in individual, relationship, or family therapy).

It’s a relationship where you feel safe, supported, and able to express your needs without fear.

There’s trust, mutual respect, and emotional responsiveness.

How do you build emotional security?

Through consistent communication, vulnerability, empathy, and repair.

As a couples therapist, I can help you develop these tools.

What if my partner is hesitant to try therapy?

It’s common for one partner to be more ready.

Share your reasons with them and invite them to a consultation – it’s often less intimidating than a full session and gives us a chance to meet.

What do you actually do in sessions with clients?

I get clients to slow down, tune in with themselves and each other, access their feelings, sensations, and thoughts, and work through issues constructively and in a way that fosters connection.

Much of the work is experiential, meaning sessions contain present-moment emotional processing, movement, play, touch, etc.

Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?

If you like, I can make suggestions at the end of session for at-home practices between sessions.

However, it’s not a standard practice, and it’s not expected of you.

How do I get the most out of working with you?

Stay committed to the process, practice softening techniques at home, and remain in collaborative communication with me.

I want you to be comfortable! Feel free to kick off your shoes. If your feet are smelly, we may agree to open a window. I may join you in a shoeless session.
